Description

Here's another version of Popeye I came up with... This version is sort of based on the Popeye of the '30s.  I also added one of my many versions of Bluto.
I've always liked the animated cartoons better than the Popeye comic strips.  The old Popeye cartoons from the '30s, '40s and '50s were on TV all the time when I was a little kid...  If they ever bring back Popeye I hope they do it right.  So many old toons that get brought back usually suck.
